Early Head Start Program

The Early Head Start Program at Summer Preschool Early Learning supports eligible infants and toddlers from birth to age three during their most important years of brain growth. Through our partnership with New St. Paul Head Start Agency, we combine nurturing care with early education, health, nutrition, and family services at no cost to qualifying families.

Guided by the HighScope Infant & Toddler Curriculum, our educators create warm, responsive routines filled with sensory play, music, language, and movement. Each child benefits from individualized developmental support, with regular observations and assessments that help us respond to emerging skills and needs.

Families receive healthy meals and snacks, help with medical and dental appointments, and access to family engagement opportunities and parenting support. The goal is for children to build secure relationships, strong communication, and curiosity, while families gain the tools and confidence to support learning at home and prepare for a smooth transition into preschool.
