Preschool Program

The Preschool Program at Summer Preschool Early Learning builds the academic and social foundations children need for a confident start in kindergarten and beyond. Guided by the HighScope Preschool Curriculum, children engage in the plan-do-review process, learning to make choices, follow through, and reflect on their work.

Our Early Literacy Program nurtures a love of books, stories, and early writing, while numeracy and our STEM Introduction Program bring math and science to life through hands-on experiments and problem-solving play. The Creative Arts Program offers rich opportunities for painting, music, movement, and crafts, and our Social Skills Development Program helps children practice cooperation, empathy, and friendship.

Outdoor Learning Experiences support physical development and a connection to nature. Through focused Pre-Kindergarten Preparation and optional Kindergarten Readiness Workshops, we align learning with state standards so children leave preschool ready to participate, persist, and thrive in their next classroom.
